  Recently bought a truck here ,paper tags are now inspected 2.5 months getting the run around still no tags ,now im flagged,now I have fines through the DMV because of their negligence, I have talked numerous times,nothings being done

  I purchased a car from this dealership and was sold a lemon. The suv shakes when you increase speed and now it will cut off at the light as well as in the middle of traffic. The suv was purchased just over it's 30 day warranty. They stated we have extended warranty. It should not be in this condition and be sold to the public. I will be getting legal assistance because this is a driver risk and I want the condition of this purchase documented. That way if there is an accident caused by this lemon suv there will be a lawsuit. You are putting my son and anyone who rides with him at risk.Car payments have already been paid and I want this issue resolved. The cost for this lemon should not fall on the person who purchased. You will also be reported to the BBB of Maryland so that others can be warned. Darlene T***

  Beware of this dealership! They absolutely will lie to your face and scam you by mis-representing the condition of the vehicles they are selling.
  I purchased a 2020 Kia Telluride from this dealership on March 18, 2023 at their Ellicott City location. I was presented with a Carfax report for the vehicle indicating that it had never been in an accident at the time of the sale. During the test drive, I noticed that the vehicle displayed a parking senor error warning on the dashboard. When I questioned the manager (John M*****) of the dealership about the error, he claimed that they had investigated the error, and that it was being caused by a single faulty sensor in the rear bumper of the vehicle. He claimed the only reason they hadn't repaired it was because Kia would replace the sensor under warranty for free, but as a dealer they are unable to get work done on the vehicle under the manufacturers warranty. I thought it sound suspicious, but the vehicle had many of the features I wanted in this specific model and I against my better judgement I made the purchase. Once I got the vehicle registered and titled, I immediately took it to my local Kia dealership for this 'warranty' work to be completed. The dealer called me later that day and informed me that the issue was not a faulty sensor, but that the vehicle had been in an accident and all 4 are the rear parking sensors were ruined and glued in place, the radar antenna was entirely missing as were both BDS sensors and the wiring harness to tie all these items into the vehicles computer. Essentially the vehicle had been rear-ended, and was cosmetically patched up but none of the expensive electronic components had been replaced. In addition all 4 tires barely passed inspection and need replaced. All told, its $3,895.52 for the bumper electronics and $1,344 for the tires.
  When I informed Hi-Lo of the issue, they claimed management would call me back, but they have failed to do so after following up multiple times.
