-I paid Spaceship Wraps (***** ****) $6,500 to wrap my Cybertruck in 3M PPF film on Saturday 09/21/24 I dropped my truck off at his location in ****************** on Tuesday 09/24/24 for the wrap job On Wednesday October 2nd He sent me a video of some damage to the front of the hood. The cybertruck hood is made out of stainless steel so it doesnt just scratch someone purposely keyed it. ***** explained that he was in a fued with his landlord and suspected he did the damage. I told him that the hood would need to be replaced and he should pay me for it or submit insurance claim and that he should also file a police report. He filed a police report (case number ********) and choose to submit for an insurance claim. On Thursday October 10th I got the quote from ***** for the replacement hood and sent it to him. His insurance denied the claim and now he is refusing to pay for the damage that was done to my vehicle.

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding this matter. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify our position.

The vehicle in question was never damaged while in our possession. The customer, Mr. ***** *******, took delivery of his Cybertruck from the factory dealership with an existing hood scratch that was reported to be faulty upon purchase. We provided our services as agreed and maintained the vehicle with the utmost care while it was with us.

After extensive communication with Mr. ******* and significant efforts to address his concerns, we have decided to cease further business interactions with him due to ongoing harassment and threatening behavior. We have fully explained our position to him and documented our communications to ensure transparency.

Please let us know if you require further information. We respectfully request that this case be closed, as we have concluded all reasonable efforts in good faith to resolve this matter.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

I am rejecting this response because:

The owner of the business is lying. The car was damaged while in his possession - not prior to. He filled a police report with ******************************************* as he believed his landlord or contractor damaged my hood while in his possession. Additionally, he filled an insurance claim to with his insurance company for the damage caused to my car while in his possession. The attached text message pictures prove these facts.

    Sincerely,
