    I have been coming to your campground for 25 years , as *** ***** ****** **********  We have always enjoyed coming and never a problem . I rented this cabin for a change , it was just me n my friend. We took pictures when we arrived . I have them . We never saw anything like this on the wall . I have been working at Carroll Lutheran village in housekeeping for 11 yrs and my brother is a builder he has a log cabin home . It appears that there is also this white substance in between the floor board cracks too , u should talk to your housekeeping team about it .
    I am currently doing radiation for B.C and my mom is in icu at Carroll county hospital . I am a bit shocked about being accused of this . It would be beneficial for you to do a walk out when a customer leaves . Also your fire extinguisher was outdated your smoke detector has a dead battery and same with the other one too. Which is a big safety issue and fire code violation.
    I will tell you that this was not done by us .
    I am more than happy to ride down to look at this with you !
    There is no way or no reason this could have been done by us .
    I have pictures for you . You should really be the one talking to me on the phone since you are in charge and not Lorraine .

    They don't make children wear helmets which is a md law. The owner makes up lies and kicks people out when she knows she's in the wrong... don't go there

    This customer indicated she could not watch her children while in the pool. She wasn't happy about the rule for parents to watch their children. We felt she would be happy and feel safer elsewhere.
