    Business came to tile a bathroom after agreed-upon price and work both signed and an agreement and the work was less than mediocre and very bad work. Photos and videos have been taken and resolution has tried to been, but the business has blocked and deleted me. Scope of Work: Shower demo and Reinstall 1. Remove shower door, shower door will be reinstalled o 2. Remove all tile on walls, including all drywall in the sho 3. Install new moisture resistant drywall in the shower are 4. Install ******** systems kerdi membrane on all shower 5. Install approximately 96 sq ft of 4x12 subway tile on the All I want is for the work to be redone the correct way!

    We did this job from may *****th. ******* picked a brick style subway tile. This tile is wider on sides and skinny in the middle to give it a brick look. I showed Ms ****** this layout on the floor before we installed to make sure she was fine with what the finished look would be, after having this discussion we installed the tile and reinstalled her old shower door. After doing a walk through her mom paid us and everyone was happy with the job. 2 weeks later she let my children's mother know there was a few issues with the job, one being a paint touch up and the other a silicone touch up, so I sent my guys to make those corrections. Mind you while all this is going on, ******* and my children's mother are friends, ******* was going and telling my children's mother stuff that wasn't true and gossiping and causing issues between me and my children's mother while we were going through a custody battle. So after making sure the paint and silicone were complete i blocked ******* on everything as to not start any issues between me and my kids mother. Not until the beginning of November did I hear anything about the tile being installed wrong or her not liking it. We installed ******** systems kerdi membrane behind the tile to water proof the entire area. The tile was set using ********-Systems All-Set. I have been tiling for 15 years and can promise you that tile is done correctly and will last a lifetime. Also we used mapei epoxy grout because of the brick tile uneven surfaces, we use epoxy grout as to not have any grout wash. I will send pics of the finished job when we finished up in may.
