      Date occurred for full transaction paid : March 2023 Amount: *******+ the payments they should not have taken ****** Promise: To provide a safe, fun summer experience for not just my son but all children in the facility. Cant speak on other children but my son never wants to step foot in there ever again.If you can not provide proper child care then you should not be advertising yourself as a child care facility. They have taken money from me multiple time. The first one I caught when it happened. I was told the payment couldn't be reversed but that I could pick up a check. Then they proceeded to still process unjustifiable payments that have now lead me to pay them twice for this year.

      ****** was given a full refund including the processing fee.  This was simply a mistake on the part of our bookkeeping department and a check was written the day we received notification.  As far as the care that we provide, ******* was enrolled in our program 7 weeks of the summer and he attended all of them.  ****** even filled out the application to sign her daughter up for our afterschool program.  I understand the frustration with the payment issue and we have resolved this but the care at Crown has always been good.

      I am rejecting this response because: 

      Zany son ******* in fact did not go every single day during the duration of that summer camp because some days he woke up crying and refusing. And it does not negate the neglect on you alls personal responsibility to write out an incident report when he was in fact chased with a blunt object. Which you still have failed to provide.
