    I ordered from XOXO Virgin Hair on July 19, 2023. Their websites states in several spots that shipping is same day/1-3 business days and orders will arrive in 3-4 business days. I have emailed 3 separate emails from them. ******@shopxoxohair.com (provided by **** ***) [email protected](on their website) and [email protected] (their *********). All of these emails have returned as undeliverable. I reached out to the chat box on the website to no avail. I’ve called customer service twice, and left a voicemail once, and left an ********* DM and message in the comments. My attempts and proof are below in the attached PDF. I no longer want the product and would like a refund because this situation was ridiculous. I have never been able to not reach a company before.

    I placed an order on 4/6/2023 (order #****) and paid for express shipping. Per the order confirmation, the order was to process within 1-3 business days and ship within 1-2 business days. I emailed the company several times beginning on 4/8/2023 requesting to cancel the order because I wasn't provided with any shipping information. I also contacted the company via the "contact us" form on their website and never received a response. On 4/12/2023 I filed a dispute with **************** and was granted a refund. On 4/27/2023 the company emailed me stating they received notification of the chargeback and if I didn't return the package they would prosecute me to the fullest extent of the law. Per the seller's own policies, I should have received the package by the latest 4/12/2023. By 4/12/2023. I still hadn't received my package which is why I filed a dispute with ****************. I asked for a delivery confirmation because I wasn't even aware a package was allegedly delivered. They provided a confirmation showing the package was not SHIPPED until 4/15/2023, 3 days after I was supposed to receive my package and signed by "me" on 4/18/2023 when I was out of the country. The seller did not ship the package in the time they promised and did not provide any communication regarding the delay nor a new shipping date. In the order confirmation page, it said to check ****.com for updates, upon checking ****.com, it didn't even show that the order shipped. They didn't update the shop.com page until today when I mentioned that's how I was told to check the status of the order. I would like for the company to stop contacting me asking me to return a package I never even signed for. They are stating an amicable resolution is me returning a package I never signed for, even though they shipped it late, ignored my requests for cancellation and never communicated to me about a delay.

    ******************************* *************************** Saint John, IN ******* January 30,2023 I placed the order on 11/08/2022. Merchant said orders will ship in 7-10 days. I contacted the seller on 11/19/2022 to get a status update and didn’t receive a response. I contacted seller on 11/22/2022 to follow up on the email and they didn’t respond. I contacted the seller on 11/23/2022 to cancel the order because they failed to respond to my emails about a shipping time frame. I received an email on 12/13 that my order shipped and on 12/19 the order was delivered. The seller waited over a month to deliver the order and shipped the product AFTER the dispute and request for cancellation. The seller provided the email address used in the correspondence as the only way to contact them. The item was not shipped or delivered on time. I am including the emails to the seller asking for update and requesting cancellation. The seller shipped the merchandise after I opened disputed and cancelled my order. The merchant shipped the order which allowed her to win the dispute because the product was delivered within the dispute time frame. I want to return the products for a refund. *******************************

    10/13/2022 - I ordered hair with expedited shipping. I did not receive my hair. I sent several emails with no response. I even tried to contact on instagram. I finally got a response to my email on 11/7 that said my hair would ship on Friday. I waited another week and still did not receive anything. I sent an email asking to cancel my order. No response. Then today 12/13 I got an email with a tracking number saying my package is ready to ship. I sent another email today requesting to cancel my order, the paperless receipt I was sent had a telephone number on it which I called and it went straight to voicemail and I left a message regarding canceling my order from October and left my phone number. I spent $400 in total on this hair, which was supposed to be for a special occasion, which is now long gone. I would like a refund on my money and to cancel my order and I would also like to warn others not to use this business. Theres very poor communication, and I did not receive my order in a timely fashion, its been 2 months.
