This ********** corporation has adversely affected my credit. I've already paid them $4,500.00 during my three months of online education, with the promise of earning an annual career income of $100,000. However, they misrepresented this amount by stating it was $60,000 before taxation. Additionally, they are demanding 20% of this income monthly, making it impossible for me to afford my bills. I requested to pay a specific amount instead, but they have already reported $17,000.00 as debt on my credit. This obstacle is hindering my plans to purchase a house. Furthermore, there is no responsible person available to address my concerns, and the company is not registered in the United States or paying state taxes. I have discovered that their office is located in India. I am feeling desperate and confused. If anyone can provide assistance or cooperate with me to sue this company, please reach out. However, I urge against contacting me directly at **** ********. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.Business Response

Good Morning,
We are located in Maryland. We also have offices all over the world. ******** has taken training from us and paid us the enrollment fee so far. He took training for months and got a perfect job from our training as well. He is still working at the same place. He was supposed to start paying from January 2022 but he decided not to. We had multiple conversation with him but he said he wont as he wanted $100,000/ job after training and he received $75,000 but first thing first we are not a placement agency. We are a training school. He did take the training and we were nice to help him get the job as well after that. Our contract says when he is making $40,000 plus he needs to pay 20 % of his income for 24 months. He has not paid single $ yet. We called him multiple times and had conversation to bring it down to 12% but he was like do what ever you want, i am not paying. After multiple reach out we didnt have no option but to report him to credit. Atteching his contracts and all the communication that we tried to do with him.
We are still open to resolve this if he is willing to pay for the service he has taken. We have given him 24 months already to pay but not a single $ yet. We are ready to talk if he willing to talk and pay.

They promised us they are going to place ** in to high paying IT jobs. They also told us besides the ***** dollar we paid upfront we are not going to pay them a ***** unless we find a job. What they told us and what they made us sign is a different contract. The decieved us. Regarding this we have evidence that they tricked us. They made us sign a 15,000$ income share agreement which is unfair and bad contracts. They also send us to collection, threatning and harassing us. We are more than 15 students and can provide detail evidence and information about their fraudulent practice.Business Response

This organization made me to sign a bad income share contract by telling me all fake things. The owner started his lies from his name. his real name is '******* ****' but he introduced himself as '*** *****'. secondly, he charged me $1250.00 for enrollment by promising me that he will get me a job as soon as I finished the training. However, the training was so below expectation so I couldn't get a job as he promised. thirdly, he made me to sign a bad income share agreement which was needed to pay if he gets me a job above $ 50,000 a year. unfortunately, he sent the contract to collection agency even though I already unemployed. finally, he wasted my time and money but made the collection agency for abusing me by calling me everyday.Business Response

This company gave us a three-month training by making us pay 1250$ with the false hope that they would get us a high paying IT job. They also made us sign a contract by mistake. what they told us and what they made us sign was different. They promised they would market our resume and if we got a job we would pay them 2000 dollars but they deceived us and made us sign another contract. In addition to this by putting undue influence they made us sign a 15,000 dollar income share agreement, which states whether we get an IT job or not they will share our income, which is not fair. this company handles their business with totally deceitful practices and they should be stopped.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:This company is talking about a canceled contract. **** is sued because it is predatory online bootcamp scheme and a nationwide provider of a risky kind of private student loan known as an Income Share Agreement (ISA), alleging widespread deceptive practices, illegal lending, and unlawful collection of student loans. The companies engaged in ***** at every step of the process, peddling expensive financing to pay for sham training—leaving students stuck with false promises and piles of debt. When Mitaja knows this It has cancelled the Leif agreement.
