    Beware of Fox Rehabilitation! When, after hip surgery, I contacted them for physical therapy, I was initially told that nobody could see me for 2-3 weeks. However, when I said that I would try another company for someone who could see me sooner, they magically found me a therapist who could start almost immediately. Great- but what a therapist! With the exception of our first meeting, she was always late….and then later….and later….until one day, when she was supposed to come, she called to ask if she could come the following day instead. Ever accommodating, I agreed - and the next day she was late. I then set some time boundaries for what I was willing to accept. The next day I received a call from a representative of Fox, who said that the therapist didn’t want to see me again, and admitted, upon being questioned, that the therapist had implied that I was a difficult patient. When I explained the lateness problem to the representative, offering to send her all of the texts between the therapist and me, illustrating both the extent of her lateness and my consistent patience with it, the representative said that she didn’t want to “rehash” the problem, but. would try to find me another therapist - one who would not be picky about a therapist being on time! She told me that she would call me in three days to let me know if she had found someone. Not at all to my surprise, she never called. Wow.
