I am at my wits end and need window nation to actively fix the issue they have caused by, STILL, 7 months later and numerous promises to, not finished the job and I have been left with a door secured by bits of wood that anyone can break into and windows that the install team broke and swore they'd be back to fix. This is not acceptable anymore and needs to not only be rectified asap, I expect to receive a discount on the final invoice for this terrible service. I regret choosing window nation and wish I had not bought into the sales pitch.

I NEED the accounts team to call and resolve the mess they have caused to my credit which is now effecting my finances causing irreparable damage to my credit score. "service financing" has send 30+ letters asking for payment and putting on record that I owe and have failed to make payment on a 14k+ invoice which is racking up late fees and trashing my credit. It was stated in contract that payment will only be invoiced AFTER the job is complete. This job is far from complete and has been flagged as such by two window nation employees now. I feel conned that My life has been a nightmare because window nation have breached the terms laid out in the original agreement.

I have flagged this multiple times, been palmed off for months and had until this point been more than accommodating in hopes window nation were "good guys".
I cannot believe that a supposedly reputable business can be allowed to cause the amount of damage and stress on an individual and treat their customers in such a poor way but still be allowed to do business.

I purchased double hung windows from Window Nation in November 2021, they were installed in March 2022. Two weeks later I discovered two of the screens were damaged during installation, these have been replaced but not without problems scheduling an appointment. I have needed service on the windows/screens a few times and everytime I call to schedule an appointment, no one ever calls back or it may take at least a month before getting a call just to schedule an appointment. Once they sent a service person to replace two screens without contacting me first. They replaced the wrong ones. So I had to go through the same process of waiting a month for a phone call and another month to get schedule an appointment. I have spoken to the Justin ? who is the manager to help resolve the screen issue. Now I have an upper window that keeps falling down. I first called to schedule an appointment on 9/21/2022 and 3 times since then and every time I have been told Sarah the service manager will call me to schedule an appointment and once I was told they would send the request to Kimberly. To date neither has called back. Sarah has never called since March. And today 10/18/2022, I have not heard from anyone to schedule an appointment. The flimsy (called flex screen) screens have been replaced, but I am still waiting for someone to call and schedule an appointment to fix the window. I will never recommend this company to purchase windows. The service department does not care about customer service. Every time I call I have to wait on the phone for about 15-30 minutes just to talk to someone.

I purchased new windows 4/14/2022, the windows on my first floor do not lock. They also cracked the siding on my house also, which they agreed they did. I want Window Nation to uphold their lifetime warranty and repair the windows they installed and repair the siding they damaged.
Thank you for any assistance in this matter.

We ordered windows from the company in January 2022, and they were to be installed in April 2022. The purchase was supposed to be buy 2 windows get 2 free and we've come to realize weren't extended that promotion, or they jacked up the cost of each set of windows to cover the "free" ones. When they installed the windows one was cracked and had to be replaced. It is now the middle of October and I'm still waiting on the 2nd replacement to come in. each time they've ordered the replacement they've ordered or been sent the wrong one. This will be the third time they've attempted to correct the cracked window. I've e-mail the owners of the company with no response, and at this point it's been 6 months with a cracked window and I'm not confident that the correct one will arrive next week. If the owners would have just responded to myself when I originally e-mailed them this could have been resolved months ago.

Installed patio door that did not work. Had numerous people come out at different times to fix it and decided it was not fixable. A new door was ordered and installed almost a year later. I am requesting a warranty for the new door that was installed before payment. I have no problem paying the bill as long as I have a warranty. They will not give me one.

Window Nation apologizes to our customer for any frustration they may have experienced during their project. As a standard procedure, our customers are sent their warranty paperwork upon completion of the project and when the products are paid in full. Being that our customer has not paid their full balance to date, the automated system had not triggered its mechanism to send the paperwork our customer has requested. Window Nation has manually addressed this matter to ensure that the customer receives what they requested, and we greatly appreciate their business.

We purchased 12 windows in October 2021 The dining room window I noticed on the day of installation was made upside down. They decided to put the window in and have the window remade to bring another day. The window did come in right but the frame is broken and we could hardly open the window and it is off the track. The window installer knew when he left They sent a specialist out and to make a long sorry shorter the specialist has been to our house I believe 3-4 times and still the window is not fixed. The last time he came about an hour before he called me to ask if he was supposed to bring a new frame. Really??? So once again I took off work to meet him and nothing was done. He claims he ordered the frame. I called Window Nation in August and fast forward to today and still have not heard anything.
We went all summer without being able to open the biggest window were have and no we don't use air most days. Now it is winter the heater is on and the window won't go up all the way to close. So I am wasting heat going out the window that is in the same room the thermometer is in.I called again last week and I haven't heard a response at all. I called again today and the lady that answered acted like she had no idea what was happening and there wasn't an order.

I am to the point I wish I could have all the windows removed and refunded. Some of them are hard to close and they just don't feel like they are made right.

When we bought the windows the salesman threw in a free vacation. Turns out it wasn't free you had to pay and if you read the reviews on BBB they advise not suing the vacation company. so that was a fraud, to begin with.

I have asked for compensation and was told nothing will be done until the work is complete I am guessing that is why the work will never be fixed.

$12,000 may not be a lot to you but it was to me and now I regret my decision to ever go with your company.

I meet with Johnathan back in May 2022 and talked about replacing my 4 windows in my home and and we agree to have them done in the fall. Well I didn't get an email or a call to schedule an appointment for my windows . So on August 18,2022 I called and asked what the status was on my windows, they told me that the order was put on hold and that they would have the sale person call me back. I said OK and by the the 19th I called again a and they said the the the order was canceled and I ask who canceled the order they said that I did. I said I did not cancel the and I want someone to call me back. So for the last month in half I have been trying to get answer and get no where. So the week of Sept 22nd i got answer and that they would send me the contract and i still didn't get anything. All I want are my windows that we agreed on and now I thinks they should do it and still cut the price on it even more now for all the aggravation. If you can please get answers for me to when the contract will come and when they will install that would be great. I really dot know why they can call me and give me answers all get is the run around and that not good customer service.

Window Nation apologizes to our customer for any confusion or frustration surrounding their order. Our hope was to quickly provide our customer with the products they requested so that they can improve their home to their liking. Window Nation was unsuccessful in communicating with our customer surrounding some needed contractual paperwork in order to purchase the windows requested by our customer, which led to our teams placing the order on 'hold". Window Nation is grateful to report, however, that we have since managed to connect with our customer and have had the necessary paperwork completed to begin their order. Window Nation, again, appreciates our customer and their patience. We look forward to installing their windows.

I moved into a condo on Mat 15th 2022. My patio door and both windows were original from when the building was built in 1972. I saw a commercial from Window Nation and decide to have them come out. The salesperson Sydney and the sales manager both came out. They both agreed they would be able to replace the windows with their products. I have a kitten and sales manager actually put this infra red light on the floor since we were sitting on the floor, of course my kitten is curious and wanted to see what it was. I had to keep the kitten away from this. Very unprofessional doing this! They both went through their sales pitch and I did mention that this is an HOA oh no problem they said! I got a call the day before fro Window Nation in Ohio, they didn't know this was an HOA! Salespeople failed to let the company know. The workers came and installed the patio door and the 2 windows. In the master bedroom, they caused a hole in the Sheetrock using their tools to remove the trim. I mentioned to them how are you going to fix this? They put caulking over it. Also when they removed the trim, they took 1 of the curtain brackets and never brought it back to me.They put the screens and the screens did not fit. I think they were going to leave them. I told them there is a gap and don't fit right. The workers said they were stretched too tight and they would order me new screens. The patio screen door is defective and does not lock. They said they would order me a new screen door. I have called every week asking where my screens are? And they always say next week. The contract was signed on July 13th 2022 and the windows were installed the end of August 2022. I also got suckered and lied to about their financing being told I had 24 months to pay it off. I got the loan information from Green Sky stating payment due was October 2nd 2022! I paid the total amount of $14,000 and am very unhappy and I think I should get half my money back and my screens installed &patio screen door

March 11,2022 windows ordered through sales rep new to company (no longer with company);ordered incorrectly and I was told I would get upgrade based on error: 7/20/22 installers arrive to install, one large window was ordered incorrectly and could not be installed, other windows that were installed had issues as reviewed with installation manager and were to be corrected. 8/12/22 email sent to company for update; when is production date and when is possible installation and correction date? On 8/27/22 received voicemail that in 2/3 weeks for update, on 9/23 we I called company and spoke with Chloe V. Who stated that there have been many issues with prior employee and lack of follow through however she will be handling my account and will follow up with me, have not received follow up: sent email to Chloe on 10/7/22 with no response.
In the meantime ********* financing sent notice that they had paid Window Nation in-full and I will start getting billed! I stopped their payment to window Nation, spoke with a representative from ********* and gave them all the information, why should they be paid when my project is not completed and there has been no communication. Green sky then opened a claim based on my discussion.
I would like the windows that were installed to be repaired , I would like all screens to be exchanged as they are poorly made as discussed with the installation manager on 7/20/22.
I would like an estimate as to when my family room window will be installed and I want a true invoice showing what I was charged for the project.
There are many window companies in this area, I chose Window Nation because I felt they were a better company, I was extremely wrong and truly regret contacting them.

On Wednesday 10/19/22 I had the installation manager inspect all windows and screens that have so far been installed, he took pictures of the problems and noted that he will pass along to the resolution team. Again I explained that the biggest problem is that our initial order was for the Envision windows and per sales manager Alan we were UPGRADED to the Bellevue windows.
At the time of the phone conversation with Alan I was under stress from the problems due to color and issues from the original order I agreed without further reviewing what the Bellevue actually was; after many sleepless nights and much research on their website it appears that we were actually DOWNGRADED (fraud??).
Clearly all brochures show the Envision to be a much better window than the Bellevue.
As of today, I have not had any further response from Window Nation.

      Business Response /* (4000, 11, 2022/10/28) */
Window Nation respects that our customer believes that the secondary window that was offered is lesser quality, however we would disagree with that notion. That being said, Window Nation ultimately wants our customer to be 100% satisfied, so we have sent brochures on other window styles so that our customer can review. Window Nation is grateful for the opportunity to earn our customer's trust again, and we commit to finding them the best option available.

On Friday 10/29/22 I responded to his email agreeing to have previous windows that were ordered/installed to be replaced.
I am concerned about the timeline for production and installation because of winter weather, he stated that we could wait until spring if I choose to. The weather outlook will determine installation.
I strongly feel that the Envision window is a better quality than the Bellevue that we were "upgraded" to, the issue was the exterior color I had requested that was not available on the Envision window.
I also feel the "50 point" inspection that they advertise is laughable if I as a consumer have to point out flaws in workmanship.
We will trust that the sales manager has selected a better option for us.

Window Nation installed our windows in September 2021.

On the day of installation, the contractors from Window Nation dragged mud through our house, broke a storage container, stole a utility knife, left caulk smeared on the inside and outside of all our windows, and cause damage to multiple window sills.

When the windows were installed, a good number of them were warped, and or damaged. When I followed up to address these issues it was a struggle to get anyone on the line. Finally, when someone did come out they wrote down all the mistakes that were made and order new windows. Since then, they have been back 5+ times, with the wrong size windows, or not all that was needed. It seems like every time I speak with someone I have to explain the whole situation all over again with the same promise that they will fix it. Here we are just over a year later, and I am now speaking with 3rd branch manager, and still, the job is not complete.

We have spent countless hours following up with their escalation department, meeting with your workers every time they show up, rearranging our schedules, taking off work, and moving furniture to accommodate the multiple follow-up visits that have been required to fix the issues. To say we are disappointed with our windows and this process is a drastic understatement. We are beyond frustrated that we have been paying for windows that still are not correct. We expect our windows to be installed properly, and to be compensated for our time and the damage done to our house. We have given them a sufficient amount of our time to resolve them.

As of today we still have these outstanding issues...
      - Basement windows need to be replaced
      - Inside Dining room window sash needs replaced
      - Inside Master bedroom window sash needs replaced
      - All grids in upstairs windows are crooked and need to be replaced (4 windows/8 sashes)
-Compensation for damage to rugs, missing utility knife, storage bin, and our time

      Business Response

      Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/10/21) */
Window Nation is deeply saddened by the experience this customer has endured, as our goal is 100% satisfaction for our customers. In this scenario, it is evident we did not hit our own standards. We have, however, received the needed products to remedy the service concerns and have scheduled an appointment that fits in our customer's schedule. Window Nation will ensure that our customer is satisfied and will continue to follow up until this matter is resolved.

      Consumer Response /* (3000, 9, 2022/10/24) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
We have no confidence that Window Nation will complete the job correctly. This will be the 6th time they have come back to fix the issues from the initial install. The sixth time we have had to rearrange our schedules to fit their availability, and the sixth time my wife and I have had to move furniture back and worth for them to work. Every time they come, they don't have the right parts, or the parts are broken. The incompetence is baffling. Even if Window Nation does finish the work correctly I expect to be reimbursed for the full amount of the windows.

      Business Response /* (4000, 11, 2022/10/28) */
Window Nation understands that our customer is untrusting of our response. We have lacked follow through until this point, and we would like to express our sincerest apologies as a result. Window Nation is confident that this issue will be resolved at the appointment time chosen by our customer (November 17, 2022), and our teams will ensure that the customer receives a satisfying resolution before it is all said and done. Once again, we are grateful for our customer's patience and understanding.

      Consumer Response /* (4200, 13, 2022/11/01) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Even if Window Nation shows up on the 17th of this month to complete the job they were supposed to do over a year ago. That does not make up for the destruction and loss of my property, and the 6 times I have had to rearrange my schedule and move furniture to accommodate them. How is it that my wife and I are still paying for Windows that aren't finished? I expect full compensation for the $14,000 that we paid them.
