    I took my grandkid there and told the young woman behind the counter that I DID NOT want a membership. Period. And yet, I've been charged $46.17 per month since February! BOA, my **** card issuer is working on getting refunds but they somehow neglected to block them from additional charges. And there is no way to talk with anyone there nor could I cancel any "membership" since as far as I knew I did not even have a membership. I assume they are incentivized to sell memberships and sign up folks whether or not they want one. Fraud pure and simple. Stay away!

    So greedy cancellation policy. People have to cancel their plan 3 Business days before renewal.

    The place itself is fine. But they have an awful, awful thing where they force you to buy a membership that is really hard to cancel instead of just being able to pay for a session. The person claimed that "there was no availability to purchase one 2 hour session" but that I could buy a membership. This is completely ridiculous of course, but I had no choice because I'm there with my kid. Find somewhere else to have a birthday party!
