    I've been doing business with **** for over ten years now, and he has managed our ************ and plumbing at both our previous home and our current place. He's a smart guy who can identify the root cause and fix any issues over the years, whether it be HVAC or other issues. His customer service is great and the front office is super friendly, and the prices are fair and reasonable. You can trust your HVAC and Plumbing needs with Quality Air & Heating without second-guessing.

    I have used quality heating and air on several occasions as has my son. We are more than extremely impressed with their commitment to personal connection and quality service work.

    Quality Air & Heating, Inc. installed a new **** for my residential property in May of 2024. The team that installed the **** system was unprofessional. I am unsure what type of work was completed by them, because September of 2024 the **** system is no longer functioning.Based on the contract signed, they claim the **** has a 10 year warranty and that the payment includes 2 year of free labor for **** issues. When the **** broke in September 2024, I called and they came to investigate. They claimed that there was a broken fuse, it will be replaced but they have to order it from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, they have not returned to fix the issue. When I contact them, they keep giving me the run around; no status updates; no estimated time of resolution *********** addition this current issue, initially they had promised to complete **** installation within 2 weeks. When it took a lot longer than 2 weeks to complete, they attempted to force me to pay the remaining balance without completing the work. I had to reference them back to the signed contract to show them the agreement was payment upon completion of the ******** this new **** system is not functioning and I am concerned as to how well the job was completed in the first place. I do not recommend this business to anyone looking for ****. They are unprofessional and have very poor communication skills.

    I inherited Quality from my previous service provider. He promised that I would be in good hands and that is exactly what I have had over the past 5 years. They have provided services to my home, as well as my daughter’s home. All I can say is that they have been great. My wife and I pride ourselves on having dependable and competent contractors and Quality is among that group.
