    Friday July 26, 2024 I called Endodontics of Gaithersburg, Dr. *** *. ********* with a referral. 9:32am I spoke with a receptionist who was working on making my appointment and told me my insurance didn't cover code 0460 (when I visited the Rockville branch they tried to do the same but let me know it was the patients right to waive anything not covered by insurance) when I told ****** the receptionist that I would be waiving the test she said it was mandatory. I asked to speak with a manager or the owner she refused to let me speak to anyone other than her. I asked her to send me the policy and to make the apt. and that I would speak to someone day of my apt. She refused to send the policy or schedule the ***. This upset me as I'm having a dental emergency. She then hung the phone up on me and refused to take my call. I called 5 times. I had to call from my mother's phone to get anyone to answer. This is extremely unprofessional and I now will be getting a new referral because of the incompetence of the receptionist at this location.
