  Tony gave us a quote on Wednesday. On Thursday the crew showed up and did the installation! They adjusted the estimate based on some final changes we made to accessories in a matter of minutes. The installers were professional and polite. They did a great job and my garage looks terrific!

  Amazing.!! The complete process was amazing. From contact to sales to install. Tony the sales rep showed up on time. Very Knowledgeable on product, and made my garage needs easy to say yes. He followed the entire process until completion! The guys did a great job with the Install of the ceiling storage racks. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Tiny and his team of installers from Potomac Garage solutions.

  Professionalism at its finest. From my online request to an immediate phone call, which led to an on-site visit. Tony Z***** explained in detail the flooring process, very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. After our meeting, I was looking forward to my new garage flooring. The guys showed up minutes before scheduled and did an awesome job. I am VERY pleased with the outcome of my garage floor, polyaspartic.

  Design planner Tony Z at PGS gets five stars from me. He came out to give me the estimates for what I wanted and scheduled the work. I worked with him on two occasions over the past couple of months to install five large garage cabinets. He worked with me to resolve any issues and ensure customer happiness.

  3 March 2023. Replacement of two magnets that were cracked during install and adjustments on the doors were required. Tony Z worked to schedule a team to remedy the issues. I believe Installation team training is required as when the magnet was broken during install, the team member stated that it was just a split magnet. What actually happened is too much torque with the drill and the magnet cracked. Four different teams have been in my garage. Two for installation, and two more - to return after each installation to make adjustments and or replace a part that needed replacement. ALL teams were kind, but attention to detail in the area of clean-up, proper motion of doors, and torque awareness of drills (using a screwdriver instead at times), and ensuring to use four screws for each hinge, vice two; should be considered. The cabinets are wonderful, and so is Tony Z, but other important areas of the company room for growth. I have touched on attention to detail, now I want to mention professional courtesy. Today, the team was to arrive from 12:30 to remedy door and magnet issues. Due to a miscommunication from the office manager, they arrived early and tried to gain access to my garage (some offer access, I do not). When I arrived, the team told me the office provided the code and it didn't work. The team was very courteous. I addressed the code issue with the office and no apology was given in the email response. I may not be the average consumer, but if I were to tell a customer of a miscommunication that might have caused concern to the customer, I would apologize and state that steps would be taken to alleviate future concerns. Customer service from the officer manager has some room for improvement in my opinion. The cabinets offered by this company are beautiful, and expensive and in my experience, don't come with the appropriate amount of customer service and installation expertise expected for the price. One final note on attention to detail, the first installation day, the team had several drill and misses and did not find the stud. Instead of six bolts in the wall studs, I have four missed holes, and the six bolts. Again, the price is not met with equal professional installation. The installers are great people - kind and courteous - but need more training which needs to come from the top. For me, it was the color combined with the phenomenal customer service of Tony Z that made me buy more cabinets as my garage vision became more clear. If you deal with this company, I recommend you seek out Tony Z because he will be necessary to get through issues that may arise during your build.

  Potomac Garage Solutions was contracted to install a metallic epoxy floor in this customer's garage. The customer would not permit our team to return to complete the work for which PGS was hired.
