    I dont understand what is needed for me. Im still under ********* I need to get a form from them to file a claim with their insurance. Its not like I bought a pack of gum and I have a receipt for the pack of gum so I dont know what they want for me. I need them to give me their insurance claim so I can file a claim with the insurance.

    the driver called stating he is refusing to deliver my packages per my instruction to deliver to my apartment door 1326 on 3rd floor of south building. he said Amazon told him not do to this. 
    i called Amazon and asked for someone to deliver my package to me and the phone customer service he just transferred me to another person without telling me he is going to transfer me.  and both refused to get my package back to me.  i need this item, if i reorder it i will get charged the delivery fee and I will have to wait longer and the driver will do the same thing again.

    I am rejecting this response because: I was OUTSIDE waiting before 4.20 AM and there was NO taxi. The taxi may have arrived early. But we are talking about 4.20 in the morning. I did not answer my cell because it was OFF and I was getting dressed. In addition, there is NO official policy stated on the website that you MUST answer the phone. Why the taxi left early is beyond me since we are talking 4.20 in the am. In addition, the lights were on the house and the taxi driver could have easily knocked on the door. The second taxi was sent after I alerted the dispatcher there was NO taxi at my door at 4.20am.  Again, I was not late. The taxi left early The dispatcher also could not say how long it would take to get another taxi to my house and we had an international connection to make. So we drove ourselves to the airport and I incurred a $300 parking fee because of it. I would like THAT refunded and we can call it a day.

    rly hour had to leave and could not wait -- even though I was outside at the appointed hour. They did send another taxi that arrived at 4.40 am, but by then I had left my house and would have been late to my flight if I waited. Again, they could not confirm a specific time for a second taxi. It was a very frustrating and stressful early morning because of their mistake.

    As per your request, our taxi was on time at your location to pick you up. After several attempts from our dispatch team and driver to contact you, our taxi left the location, I do not see any failure on our side from the moment we have been on location with no response from your side. We even dispatched the second cab to your location to transport you to ***********. The driver left at 4:20AM when he did not receive any response from you. Like you mentioned below, you have been a loyal customer and we can make arrangements and ***** you 2(two) free rides next time you go to ************ 
    Unfortunately, our ***************** jurisdictional boundaries do not allow us to pick-up passengers from one airport to another.
    We are looking forward to retaining you as our customer in the future for your transportation needs.
