    We moved and hired ***********************, Your Friends with a Truck. ***** sent his "guys" over. ***** asked for cash and said any additional money would need to be paid by credit card with a 4% fee. I had cash but the move took longer than anticipated, so I was short $300. I called ***** and told him I was giving his guys cash ($900 plus tip) and ***** said he would charge my credit card $312. I gave him the card number over the phone, counted the cash for the guys, they tore off a white piece of paper, gave me the yellow carbon copy, I wrote the amount on the back.I see my credit card is charged $728, which I did not authorize. I called him immediately and asked him if there was a mistake. He told me he recalls charging me around $300. He said he would check with his guys and get back to me. In an effort to be proactive, I emailed him and recapped our convo where he said he recalled it being around 300. He agreed to this email. ***** said his guys remembered another number and that the charge is correct. I submitted a credit card dispute. He very fraudulently wrote the $1200 on the white paper with the breakdown of cash versus credit card (after signature). My yellow carbon copy does not reflect these numbers.I am happy to send you the original copy for further inspection. The lady at *********** said she saw he handwrote it and that its not on my copy, but based on **** guidelines, he submitted a "valid" receipt (which just means my name/address) so she couldn't do anything, even though she recognized it was falsified. I have seen in his reviews that others have had issues with him as well and one person even commented that he threatened them saying "take your review down, I know where you live" type thing. I am very, very disappointed that he would rip me off, especially during a stressful time when we were trying to move with 3 young kids.Please call me at ************ and I am happy to discuss any details or answer any questions for you.

    ***** has left this review on every website possible. Our invoice states 8 hours of labor X 4150 per hour, total $1,200. We collected $500 in cash and charged $728 for balance. She has disputed this amount with her credit card company and $416 has been withdrawn from our account. We have also spoken to her attorney and she is threatening legal action. We believe we collected the correct amount and plan to fight with the credit card company and small claims court if it ends up there.
