Fraud and liars. They worked with the company I hired ( finest fellas). JR ********************** called me while I was having issues making it seem they were going to help me. By the way their movers charged me for literally everything under the sun which I was told I wasnt going to be charged for by the company I hired. The movers from JR ********************** stated they were going to help get me my items their movers left and were supposed to to take, they never did that for me. Then when I received my items I was missing 3 items, I called them and they said they will look into it and of course I never received any call back. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. & if the company you do hire then hires this company as a vendor good luck. I had a horrible experience with all companies involved.

My family has used JR Moving corp in the past and for several times and we recently hired them again to help us with our relocation from Maryland to Texas. They did an outstanding job and made sure everything was set up in the house the way we wanted before leaving. There did a great job, not breaking anything from furniture to boxes items. They were very careful and prompt. We will continue to recommend them to our family members and close friends. Thank you JR Moving

First and last time I hire movers in my life. They managed to take an already stressful situation of buying my first house and moving by myself into a nightmare. Everything seemed fine initially. I have no complaints from the initial pick up visit. (Probably fake nice to get your things so you can't back out) I was told it would be 1-3 days for delivery. Dave the rep told me it should be 1 day however since I'm not going too far away. Well 1 day turned into 2 days and then 2 days turned into 3 days. They told me 3 days because they are "so overbooked". It wasn't ideal but I thought fine, at least I'll already be at the house by then. 2pm that day rolled around and no one had called me so I called and he said he would be here around 6pm. 6-630pm comes and still nothing so I call again and he says actually the gps says 830. They don't get to the house until 845pm. Very not ideal but I thought, whatever, at least I'll finally have all my stuff. Around 10pm the driver comes inside and shows me a picture of my belongings still at the warehouse and says they still have some of your stuff. I said that's all mine?? He goes yea, in a very unbothered tone. I explained that I was not ok with that because it's 10pm and I only have 2/3 of my things. He got annoyed that I was upset and stormed out of my house, forgetting his clipboard and all. As he was speed walking out the front door he said "unbelievable" to himself. How are you going to come into my house, use my bathroom on pickup and delivery, and then have the audacity to get mad that I'm upset??? It ended up taking another 9 days to get the rest when he had told me 3-4. I had to call in myself no less than 10 times because no one would ever call me. Ended up speaking to the owner of the company who told me I would get at least a 20% refund. Weeks later I randomly got a 18.6% refund. To top if off they broke one of my items and never reimbursed me for it even though they claim to be insured. Could not be more insulted.

Ms. F*****, We are sorry your expectations were not met during the move. Guaranteed pick-up and delivery dates are optional paid services or otherwise not guaranteed. The standard service delivery period is up to 30 business weekdays beginning on the first date indicated as available for delivery (not the day of pick up). Although we try hard to look out for the customers’ needs regarding delivery dates, sometimes it is impossible due to other logistics circumstances. The same goes for time prediction of delivery of the move. In most cases, the driver has more than one delivery per day, and a longer unloading time on the first delivery can delay the next one. Delays in the expected delivery time also happen with unexpected traffic on the route, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please, be understanding. We informed you about our delays and changes to the delivery schedule through e-mails and phone calls. All of your items were loaded on 1/25/2023. They were regrouped in the warehouse to be sent out with another customer on your delivery route. Sometimes it does happen that not all belongings can fit in one truck. In this case, the company confirms that all necessary belongings go in a first load and will accommodate another delivery with the rest. You received your first delivery on 1/28/2022 with the required items, and a few days later, the rest was delivered. Regarding your refund of 18.6% instead of 20%: that number came out not as a random number but as a number missing the deposit you paid at the pick-up. We apologized and offered to compensate you for the difference. Moreover, we offered you an extra $250 to compensate for the inconvenience; you refused to accept, stating that you want a 50% move refund. We are a full-service company that offers insurance. We are sorry your outdoor planting pot got broken upon delivery. To be compensated through insurance, you needed to file a claim. We suggested you do that. We have not seen you do so.
