Good morning this email is in regards to the Crumb Cookies Team, my name is Kayla ** and am emailing you all regarding an app issue, encountered the other day, with docking off digital gift cards through the Crumbl App. Dating back to July 11th and July 18th this year (2022), I had gifted my Uncle with two digital $25.00 gift cards equivalent to $50.00; one for his birthday and the other for Father's Day. On arrival to the Waugh Chapel Crumbl Cookies store on Saturday September 11th, 2022 in Gambrills, MD around 3:30pm, we had decided to go inside to get some assistance on the app issue. To say this first, the management team at this store did a wonderful job with trying to assist with our issue but unfortunately couldn't figure out why it wasn't working properly with redeeming the gifts cards. Another worker mentioned that this might be a corporate issue with the app In which she said you guys (my uncle and I) clearly are in the store and have the app and gifts cards presented with receipts and all on when we bought the gift cards; butttttttt for some reason, the gift cards will only work with a physical Crumbl gift cards and not the digitized one :( . Very strange, but it was what I took into consideration for my next trip their. If not mistaken, the app also failed to show me any form of QR Code on the gift card receipts to possibly link the gift cards. The company certainly got the $50 from my bank account to make this a valid purchase for the digital gift cards, but they however turned out to be invalid to scan them for redeeming the cookies. Below I have attached the gift card receipts;; and my Crumbl loyalty card of 60/100 points due to my previous purchase of the digital gift cards. If your company or Crumbl Cookies can either assist me in refunding me the full $50 dollars to my bank account or sending a physical gift card to my home address with the $50.00 on it I would appreciate the help
