    My daughter set up this event for my grandson's 2nd birthday to the ********. I attached the invite. The coordination of dates and ticket purchase are very confusing on the site. I purchased my tickets online for the wrong date and amount (please see my bank receipt for 10/15/24 in the amount of ***** for November 2024) I went back in a few days later to purchase the correct date (Oct. 19, 2024) amount (*****). Please see purchase for ***** that posted on 10/21/24) the event was on 10/19/24. I attempted to request the refund when I arrived to the event on 10/19/24 but there was no office, just ticket takers. I then sent several text messages at the phone number ************ to the owner, she never replied. She finally replied and asked why did I try to get a refund from my bank. She then stated that she would process the refund however, I have never heard back from her. This is a Corn Maze in the middle of a field, there is no office or way to contact anyone besides this 240 number and email. I also sent her an email asking for a refund for the *****, she never replied. I attempted to get the bank to look into this and provide me the refund however, they have not been able to help. It appears that I purchased tickets on purpose for 2 different events, this is not accurate. I only attended one event and asking for a refund for the tickets purchased on 10/15/24 in the amount of *****. There is no way to get a refund online on her website, there is no "final purchase" or other warning that if you purchase a ticket in error for the wrong date that no refund would be issued. I am asking for a refund of the tickets that were purchased in error in the amount of *****. I have paid for 4 tickets in error for the wrong date in error. I do understand and agree to the ***** amount.
