    I took my car to Century Auto on 11/20/2023 for an oil change and wiper fluid refill. I picked it up and paid on the same day and everything seemed fine. A couple days later, I was driving in the snow and attempted to use my wiper fluid to clean the windows and nothing came out. I assumed there was a leak and that was confirmed when my partner refilled the fluid again the next day and it was empty within another couple days. I thought it was odd that as a car repair shop they wouldnt have noticed a leak when they refilled it, but I moved on. On 1/8/2024, my car died so I took it to a different shop to be inspected and they told me I needed an oil change. I was very confused because I had just gotten one in November. The new shop told me that they clearly did not change my oil and provided a picture of my dip stick to prove it. They also told me the pump for my wiper fluid was cracked and needed to be replaced. Century Auto also completely totaled my sisters car last year by forgetting to connect something they had disconnected during maintenance, causing it to leak and set her engine on fire while on the highway. When she called to ask for a refund they told her she would have to take them to court. This place scams young women who they assume dont know any better.

    WE ARE SORRY YOU HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH US ON THAT ***. FOR WASHER FLUID ISSUES, UNLESS WE HEAR A COMPLAINT WE DONT TEST THE SYSTEM - THE BOTTLE WAS LIKELY LOW AND WE FILLED IT DURING THE OIL CHANGE. WE DONT CHECK FOR LEAKS UNLESS IT STARTS LEAKING AFTER FILLING, WHICH IT DID NOT AT THAT TIME. AS FOR NOT DOING THE OIL CHANGE, I SERIOUSLY DOUBT WE DID NOT DO IT AS ITS THE FIRST THING WE DRAIN WHEN THE *** IS PUT ON THE LIFT. AS FOR THE PICTURE OF THE DIPSTICK , I DONT KNOW WHAT *** THAT IS FROM, COULD BE ANY DIPSTICK. CUSTOMER DID NOT CONTACT US FOR ANY SORT OF WARRANTY OR TO TAKE A SECOND LOOK AND INSTEAD DECIDED TO TAKE THE *** TO ANOTHER SHOP.
