    Ameritrans was contracted and paid to transport goods valuing more than USD$6,700 in November 2023. The shipment of goods was picked up by truck in November 2023.I received notice from the local receiving port indicating that the shipment had arrived and needed to be paid for and processed by Ameritrans. Many attempts were made by myself, the company receiving the ocean freight (Vangaurd Logistics), and another logistics company that assisted in delivery (A.N. Global Logistics) over the next ***** days by phone and email. The initial responses were infrequent and did not lead to resolution. Ameritrans was completely unresponsive to all parties by the conclusion of January.Funds paid directly to Ameritrans exceed USD$3,800.Ameritrans is still unresponsive by email and phone.

    The client did not provide the necessary documentation in Romania and as a result the cargo Container container accrued demurrage and storage changes.

    Our agent incurred expenses and also catered for for some of the storage charges. The client was advised to deal directly with the shipping line and sort out the issue.

    We are not responsible for this delay and costs

    Response to the email sent by Ameritrans Freight International..I want them to send to me..the invoice with all the work they did in USA and Romania..Port Constanta (details..costs ans services)..in USA  they charge me 4500$from Port Constanta to final destination in IASI  CITY ROMANIA and they paid only 2400$to the company in Romania and I want to see on the invoice rest of the money of 2000$where they are..plus the returning money from the company in Port Constanta to them.

    The client originally was disputing $4500 and now he is talking of $2000. Our agent paid the amount accrued to *** due to the client not providing the necessary documentation to clear the cargo in Romania to destination . After several months the client requested the container to be returned from Romania to Los Angeles and we prepared the documentation but the client did not act . A lot of time and money was spent in calling and emailing *** line and or agent in Romania to resolve the problem. We do not owe the client any money as our agent paid *** accrued charges and we spent money and time due the inability of the client providing the required documentation and cooperation. No money was refunded to us by the agent in Romania as alleged by the client

    I want to see all the paperwork with everything they changed me..and the service they provided me..because I paid *** in Romania lots money they didn't pay anything..plus Ameritrans Freight International they charge me more than..they pay the company in Romania..they charge me 4500$..and they paid in Romania 2500$..

    We have provided all the documents the client required. We  enclose  the receipt of what he paid and how the money was utilized
    We do not owe any money. Here is a summary of the Services Offered:
    Pick up from door to Constanza, Romania port Customs clearance Client did not provide the necessary documentation hence a lot delays. $2500 was paid to offset part of Demurrage charges to *** shipping line. The balance of $1432 covered expenses for wire transfer expenses , overseas telephone calls, We spent several months back and forth
