    On Oct 20, 2022 I purchased two kits from ************/ Cosmos ID. One was for me; the other for my mother. I used two different emails to register these kits. I received the results on one page, the same page where my previous gut kits were registered. I am not the only one who looks at these results, and I would like that our results are on two different pages. I emailed the company various times. The first time on Dec. 17, 2022, I asked them nicely to separate the results. Then they did not respond, so I sent another letter on Dec 27. No action was taken. My results are still on the same page as my mother's. I also asked them a question about which species they tested. No response. Their customer service (***** is who I communicate with) is horrible, and the kit is expensive! (199$) Cosmos ID and ************ are somehow linked-- to me it is not clear how.
