    Purchasing from this company has been nightmarish. The unit that should have arrived in 2-4 weeks according to the website never arrived. When we eventually got ahold of customer service, we discovered that they dont even actually sell the unit, it is in testing. After an inordinate amount of back and forth, and a few broken promises on their part, eventually we received two lesser units. Both were broken and unusable. The instructions were in English, and the units are not user friendly even if they were working and able to hold water. They were cheap and useless, and we have lost hope of getting a refund. Well only be able to look back on the experience with remorse.
