This company is genuinely awful. They have managed my community for at least 20 years, since I moved in, and I've had numerous run-ins with the same woman there.

Years ago, after years of failing to enforce community guidelines, they sent draconian letters threatening harsh punishments for violations, to seemingly half the community. They gave absurd deadlines, like one week, to uninstall fences, decks, satellite dishes, and more, when people had sometimes paid tens of thousands for these. The community was furious at the tone and demands and packed the clubhouse at the HOA meeting. The local paper covered the chaos and outrage.

As part of this, they illegally tried to evict me from my home. They objected to white rocks in my garden, so I removed those but not some grey ones. This was May. They didn't check until October, when they decided those had to go, too. Rather than tell me, they fined me $100 for May, another $100 for June, another $100 for July, then $25 a day up to October, as if they'd told me and I was refusing to act or pay these fines. I had no idea. They continued not telling me they were fining me $25 a day to March, when they sent a notice of an intention to put a lien on my house for bills in excess of $5000. I was livid, but they backed off after a contentious meeting at the HOA board. The incompetence was staggering.

This month, they abused the easement behind my house, where only woods are, and a road 25 yards away. They cut off every single branch facing my house, from two pines trees, denuding them. Now anyone can see into my master bedroom at night. The woman in charge refused to explain why but was willing to call me rude, abusive, and admit she was holding a grudge about me being upset with them going back a decade or more (we hadn't interacted in 10+ years). She admitted to refusing to ever answer my questions over this grudge. They appeared to have targeted my house, as they didn't touch the same trees of my neighbors'.

    Beware TMGA.

It is difficult to respond to this review as much of the information is provably false. In addition, Mr. E******* appears not to understand the role of the Board, Association attorney and TMGA with regard to his grievances.
Mr. E******* has been extremely abusive in his correspondence to TMGA, so much so that he has been advised that his correspondence will be provided to the Board of Directors but he will no longer receive a response. He has been invited to attend Board of Directors meetings to voice his concerns directly but has never done so.
Some of the items listed in his review that are provably false include:
    1. Violation letters - The violation process and items to cite have been reviewed numerous times by the Board of Directors and Architectural Control Committee. The first violation letter provides 30 days to correct a violation. A series of 4 letters are sent over the course of a minimum of 4 months before any sort of fine is imposed.
    2. No one has ever been asked to remove a fence, deck or satellite dish, although requests have been made by the Association to repair these.
    3. The "packed" clubhouse occurred once, at least 8 years ago and actually resulted in a very productive discussion. It was not the angry mob that Mr. E******* implies.
    4. No attempt was ever made to evict Mr. E******* from his home. Had this been done, it would have been due to several months/years of non-payment of his assessment and the action would have been taken by the Association's attorney, with Board approval, and not by TMGA.
I could provide several other responses but the above should provide some background to provide context to Mr. E*******'s review.
