    On May 18, 2024, I locked my keys in my 1995 Jeep Cherokee. As a member of ***, I contacted them for assistance. *** sent Top US Auto to assist with retrieving my car keys and unlocking the door. The tech inserted 2 inflatable bags into the top portion of my Jeep Driver Side Door. This door is square, and I have recently learned that you should never attempt to insert the inflatable bags from the top of the door, only from the side of the door. After repeatedly performing this procedure over and over my door is permanently warped. There is a gap in the door which I can see through, and allows water and hot air to enter my vehicle. The door is also mis-aligned due to the pressure of repeated attempts. The door rattles as if it might open when traveling over bumpy roads/bridges. The tech finally gave up after over an hour of trying to break into my Jeep and left the scene. *** has been of no assistance in trying to resolve this issue and I am at a loss. I appreciate any assistance you can afford. This tech was clearly untrained and knew nothing about unlocking my Jeep. 5 years ago a AAA tech in ******** was able to open my Jeep in 5 minutes, without any damage.
