    DO NOT use this accounting firm. We had our taxes half ass done by the owner Mr. Upton in 2022 and are still waiting on money form the 2021 tax year. We also are having issues with having our taxes completed for 2022 because we don’t have all the documents for 2021 that we paid for. We should have used better judgment when we went in and the office was a complete disaster that looked like a hoarder lived there. They are unresponsive to calls and e-mail. Calling a lawyer today to file a civil suite for all the headache over the last year

    I have been a customer here for 4 years but they lost my business
    They do not ask for id when filing taxes or when you pick up taxes. Nothing to verify who you are they just trust you are who you say you are with no proof
    They Tried to talk to someone else about my personal taxes when he informed them it was illegal to do so. The owner likes to yell at customers and tell them to take business elsewhere. Told me my employer didn’t take out state or federal taxes when in fact they did it shows on my w2 that I provided to them. They had all my forms for almost 2 weeks with no call or email about status and I had to call to check the status otherwise it probably would have been another month or so. I do not feel like they do thing’s legally out of this location and would never recommend them to anyone
