    DO NOT SIGN UP. THEY DO NOT COME. Essentially they took my $200.00. I purchased a gift card for my brother's birthday. When he called to make an appointment (3 separate times and dates) no one showed up. When I asked to get my money back they told me that they do not refund gift cards! REALLY? CHEATERS!!!

    My whole experience with getting my car detailed with these guys felt really scammy. When I scheduled and paid for an interior detail over the phone they said they’d sent me some paperwork in my email. They didn’t, so morning of the detail I already had a bad gut feeling and I wasn’t surprised when no one showed up for my detail appointment. The first time I called customer service Brittany hung up on me. The second time she transferred me to someone else and they said they’d overbooked me and would try to get someone else to detail my car. I had to call back and they said they weren’t able to get someone else to do it and I requested a full refund. I was told it would process in 5-8 business, but almost 3 full weeks went by and I had to call again about my refund. It was magically processed the day after I called and complained about the time it was taking to receive my refund. The whole experience was a headache, and I regret not looking them up on the BBB before trusting their site and business management to pay $289 for a detail. I sincerely hope they get shut down or investigated for their inept staff and sketchy practice.
