    I went to have my windows tinted on 3/28/2025, I had to have tint removed and replaced and was charged $502.22. April 1st I went back to Ho racing after noticing scratched in both of my back passenger windows. When confronted about the issue a younger employee kept accusing me of causing the scratches by saying maybe I took it through the car was too many time although the scratches are on the inside of the glass through the tint. He continued to be very irate. I asked them how come the scratches werent brought to my attention before, during or even after the tint process if they were already there prior (which they werent) and they couldnt give me a straight answer besides that they dont know. The solutions they gave me is for them to retake the tint back off and put the same tint back on I had them take off and I take it to ******** and accuse them of doing it. I purchased my 2025 Mercedes c300 about 3 months ago with only 4 miles on it, it had zero imperfections until I brought it to them. I then talked to the owner ***** and he kept stating to me that they didnt do because the people who have been working there has been there for years which I told him that doesnt change what happened to my window. Then he proceeded to tell me that maybe I was excited about my car when I first bought it and didnt see the scratches like i told him excited or not the are visible scratched and its not just one or two its multiple of them and something anyone couldve seen no matter what. He continued to try and gaslight me during our phone call as he continued to try and shift the blame from their business to anyone and anything else. The only thing they are offering is either to take the tint off and put it back on, take it to ******** and tell them they did it, or just deal with it. Id like a refund or or my window to be fixed and retinted.
