    I contracted Unlimited Charters to supply 2 - 48 passenger buses for my daughters wedding on September 27, 2024 in *************, ***** to transport 82+ guests from 2 hotels to the church, venue, and back to the hotels. I got a call on the day of the wedding stating they were not supplying the buses and would send a 37 passenger and 14 passenger van instead and would make multiple trips. This was not possible due to distances and time and why I contracted for the bigger buses to begin with. This caused a chain reaction of being late for the church and then guests sitting in the venue parking lot for 50 minutes at 10:30 at night awaiting the bus to return. I asked for my money back after the wedding and they are stating they met the services as far as they are concerned. My credit card company said they can't help due to merchants rules. I have enclosed the contract, my emails with the company, and their response to why they are not refunding me. They are even keeping a 20% gratuity for their bad service!Can they really get away with doing this? Do I have any rights?

    Goodmorning,

    I received an email from the bus company this morning and it looks like you have also been copied. I do not feel I did anything wrong with this situation and are very upset now that I am being threatened. I do not have the money for a lawyer, but didn't want others to deal with what I dealt with at my daughters wedding. It seems like they have a contract that they can get away with anything.

    PLEASE withdraw my complaint.
