    Amrestore is contracted by my *************************** of ***********************-MD (HCAAC) to perform relocation services while the property is undergoing renovation. On 01/17/24 after the relocation of my personal property to a pod and then to a temporary unit, I contacted my property manager to report that my Kali ****** were missing and could not be found. My property manager Mr. ***** ***** to the necessary actions to investigate and have Mr. ***** *****, relocation specialist from ***** to follow up on a claim. Mr. ***** and I established that there were no signs of the Kali ****** in the Pod or else where on 02/15/24. Mr. ***** sent two emails to the manager in charge requesting property loss claim forms to be completed. The manager never sent the forms and even came to the property without any forms. While I feel that my landlord and its employees have done all that they can in resolving this matter, I believe that Amrestore is dodging the issue and is hoping that it will go away. They have been giving me the run-a-round and acting very dismissive of their responsibility to refund me for my lost or stolen Kali ****** that they had in their possession at the time of the move. I assure Amrestore that this problem is not going away until it is resolved. They owe me $30-34.00 for the replacement of my Cali ******.

    Hi *******,

     

    As stated in the letter, AMRestore does have a contract with ***********************, moving (relocating) residents at **********************, while their units are being renovated. While AMRestore denies responsibility for losing or stealing the customers Cali-Stick, we feel that in order to resolve this matter, we will reimburse the customer $32.00. We are trying to contact Ms. ***** and make arrangements to hand-carry a check to her in the amount of $32.00. With that, we are hoping that she will remove/close the complaint. This should have been resolved weeks ago.

    Is there anything you need from AMRestore in order to get this matter resolved in a positive and timely matter?
