    Dear BBB

I filed a dispute with my credit card company after the merchant was no show no communication for weeks and finally texted me that he can’t refund me due to his current situation  he had to get a job first before he can refund my money. He also texted me that he can’t give me a date that he refund me.  Hence my call to my credit card company.
I did received the full refund FROM my credit card company not because of the merchant. Please see previous text messages between  me  and the merchant. Thanks.
I received the refund bc I contacted my credit card company.

    Date: 04/25/2024

On 2/26/2024 Mrs *** made a complaint, prior to making the complaint on 2/24/24 Mrs. *** requested a refund through my accounting software company *******.  Upon confirmation, on 3/19/24 the refund was issued for the full amount.

This is the first complaint that I have recieved and I was not aware until now that there was a policy to respond to these.  The email I recieved inadvertantly ended up in my spam folder so I was unable to respond in a timely mannor. Attached you will find supporting documentation that shows Mrs. *** was reimbursed in full.  Thank you for your time, let me know if you need any additional information.
