      DANGEROUS, shoddy work. They built us a FIRE HAZARD and a leaky roof. During the final stages of the project, we contacted **** regarding an electric heater that stopped working. He had his guys look at it and we were told it was a faulty component, not a wiring issue. The component was on backorder, so by the time we received it, the project had been completed. When asked about the installation, the manufacturer explained that those components are rarely faulty and that we should have an electrician double check the wiring. When we did, we found that the original installation was completely wring and was in fact dangerously close to causing a fire. This was a 240V heater, so we are talking about a very serious electrical issue. When **** was contacted about this, he said he would talk to his guys and make sure everything was ok and then he just stopped responding to texts. Additionally, we noticed a little bit of water penetration in the ceiling of our new screened in porch. I contacted **** about this on March 17 and he said he would come check it out. *************************************************************** the meantime, *** had two other contractors out to give it a look and both have said that the roof was poorly installed, improperly flashed, and that we will likely have significant issues to the interior of the roof based on water penetration. It's one thing when the issue is poor customer service, but its an entirely different issue when the work is done so poorly as to create a dangerous situation. This project was done on a home, so their careless work could actually have killed my family.

      Since the company built a porch in January, there have been problems. First a large leak from the roof, which the company fixed. Now the gutter pipe is spewing water by the foundation of our home. I have called the company numerous times and they have promised to send someone and no one ever comes, even though my husband and I have stayed home from work on those days. I have never dealt with a contractor that has done such poor work and had such awful, disrespectful customer service. They also need to repair a rail that they removed and replaced that is now wobbly.

      I hired Emmanuel JC to fix my floors at my residence to include the kitchen floor and living room floor. After paying them originally, the floors began to squeak in multiple spots within 1 month after work was completed. Emmanuel stated that i am jumping on my floors which is the reason the floors squeak and he will not send anyone to fix it. Multiple attempts to contact Emmanuel via phone have been made daily and Emmanuel only states that he will call me back and never does. I am filing this to have them contacted as the company stated the work was guarnteed if anything went wrong with the floor.

      Good afternoon, I hope you are well. I was writing this email regarding the work we did to ****** ***** regarding the complaint, after completing the work he received the work and said everything was fine. After 2-3 months he made us a call which let us know that there was a noise in the apartment, which we attended to the complaint and I personally went to check what he was telling me, apparently everything was fine. Days passed and he called me again, about the same complaint so I sent one of my workers again, based on my worker's experience he also said that everything was fine. As the days passed, the client called again so we decided to go back and remove the floor and check, which left the floor without any noise. The client again received the job and said everything was excellent. I don't understand why he complained to me when we were talking and trying to resolve the problem, which seems very unfair on his part.
