  **** from AA Exteriors recently finished building my dream deck & screened-in porch. I initially went with **** because I wanted someone who would be doing the work themselves and not sub-contracting the job out like a lot of bigger companies. AA Exteriors was also one of the only companies willing to find a solution creating a roof that seamlessly blended and fused into my existing build for a reasonable price. **** and his crew definitely delivered, and they were out on the job site from start to finish.While the permitting process through **** Arundel County took a while and was by far the most difficult part, **** worked quickly and efficiently on everything he could control including the: planning/design, demo, foundation build, decking boards, roof construction, screening, and punch out work. Through each step of the process, **** kept the work area clean and I never felt like my dogs were at risk of injury when letting them outside to go to the bathroom.During the job, **** made some excellent recommendations including recessed lighting around the roof of the porch and using decking boards instead of lattice to close in the deck. He also handled some extra tasks like cleaning the gutters, power washing the siding, laying down mulch and grass seed, and planting shrubbery. All this to say that **** truly cares about the job he does and making sure the customer is happy with the finished product. I definitely would recommend AA Exteriors and I will use **** again on future projects.

  I would recommend that if you are looking for a custom or just basic deck or addition that you hire Nick at AA Exteriors. Beautiful meticulous attention to detail with quality products and complaint free work. No contractor is a perfect fit for everyone but this guy may be the closest you will come to it. AA Exteriors will be the first crew that I would recommend to anyone hands down and my custom deck came with a small budget. The finished creation does not look anything like a small budget project,,as the wife says "IT LOOKS FANTASTIC" ,,,,Thanks guys for an excellent job ,,no BS !

  I used to pull up in front of my home and hated going in. A million and one memories flooding my head as well as look very dreary!! My front deck was literally breaking and falling apart. As well as my front sidewalk was uneven. So I was very concerned that my mom with balancing issues may fall and get injured. I was also considering removing a tree that was out front. I honestly was questioning myself on that decision initially.
  However, I'm so very thankful that I did. I was completely unaware of the condition of the tree. Halfway through of the removal. It was shown to me the condition it was in. And it could have fallen and created a massive damage to my home.
  You couldn't even tell there was a tree initially there. Stomp all grinded all of the tree remains completely removed. By doing that, It created a lot more space. Nick asked me, How I wanted the deck designed. My reply was, You're the one that does this for a living....
  Therefore I gave him free reign How the design should go.
  I can honestly tell you i'm so thankful that I gave him the option to redesign.
  I've learned that, giving your contractor the option of utilizing his imagination & skill set . Is something you simply have to Have trust in !!! It's sincerely something you will not regret !!!
  In short, A.A Exteriors, Is most certainly a contractor you would want to consider.A decision you most certainly would not regret !!
  Nick kept in constant communication. The job was completed with full detail and professionalism ! Nick & his crew was amazing!! Literally there was nothing I had to clean up. Also, He put down grass seed at the end of the job. And also powerwashed the front of the house.
  Please consider this company for your needs. They're truly amazing !!!!
  From the bottom of my heart Nick, I truly appreciate all your time as well as all the hard work !

  Nick was great to work with from our first conversation through the end of the job. He was a great communicator, walking me through each step of the work that needed to be done. He and his team were honest, efficient and finished the job faster than expected. The finished result exceeded my expectations! It was a pleasure working with Nick and would highly recommend him.

  Absolutely thrilled with the service provided by AA Exteriors. I worked with Nick (the owner) from the initial design all the way to the final inspection. From start to finish, Nick and his team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and passion for their work. Communication was excellent. They listened attentively to our ideas and came up with the best idea for our backyard project. The task included a roof structure with deck underneath. Nick helped us pick out the best materials for the job that worked with our design choices. Nick and the team were always available to answer questions, address any concerns, and made sure we were completely satisfied with the final result. Nick and his team are very easy to talk too, anything you need or want, they are on it.
  Overall, working with AA Exteriors was a fantastic experience. They transformed our backyard into a beautiful outdoor space. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled contractor who is willing to make the most out of your budget.

  AA Exteriors go about and beyond. Excellent work and the crew was polite and very professional.
  No job seems to be to small or too big for this amazing groups of guys. If you are looking for a reference for this business, I give them a 5 star rating.

  AAExteriors rebuilt a beautiful new garage to replace our old one that was falling down. The garage was built perfectly to our expectations. The crew were all professional and polite. They did an amazing job from start to finish. I would highly recommend them.

  We had a 20+ year old deck that was becoming a safety concern for our family. We needed a complete tear down and rebuild, which is a big project. We lined up over 10 estimates. What quickly became evident is that there is quite a range of prices, expertise, experience, etc. After meeting with so many contractors, we felt like we were becoming quite knowledgeable about decking materials and even Howard County building code. We even had a few contractors who turned down the project due to the lack of access to my backyard (center unit of a townhouse). AA Exterior was my 6th estimate, but quickly became our first choice for the job. From day 1, Nick put me at ease letting me know that I would have no regrets about the deck he would build for us. We knew Nick was going to take care of the job because right off the bat you can tell Nick is truly passionate about building decks. Once we signed the contract, Nick remained in contact with us throughout the project from submission of the architectural drawings to approval of the building permit. We had told Nick our top priorities were durability and stability. Nick went above and beyond building code to deliver on our priorities. Nick and his crew knocked this project out of the park within 5 days from demo to completion. We could not be happier with our deck and really the entire experience we had with AA Exteriors. We have no reservations about recommending AA to friends and family. We will definitely reach out to this company for our future projects. If you're considering a new deck be sure to at least get a quote from AA Exteriors, you won't be disappointed.
