      BEWARE OF COMPANY. This company does not operate professionally and has tried to scam my organization out of several thousand dollars. I'll give you the facts and you can come to your own conclusion. I ordered a lift from Skyreach, sent them a picture of the area we needed it and asked them to recommend the best size since it was a tight space. He recommended a 40ft and we agreed. They sent out a 45ft and just dropped it off in the parking lot. Being a tight space, we called and asked them to position the unit to be used effectively since our lift operator noticed the unit was not responding correctly. A skyreach technician (20 yr old kid) came out and attempted to reposition the unit so it could reach the desired wall. In doing so, the technician got the unit stuck in a large hole and could not get it out. They needed to call a tow with a crane to retrieve the unit. After, he charged my credit card without my authorization multiple times to cover the cost of his technician coming out and the cost of the crane lift to remove the unit that his technician got stuck to the tune of $2,500. Was extremely rude and arrogant when tried to resolve the issue amicably over the phone and said 'it is what it is' and hung up. I am now in the process of disputing the charge with the credit card company. Normal companies send you an invoice for work, that you then pay or dispute. Since his company asks for your credit card up front to have on file, he feels he can just charge it whatever he likes with no repercussions. It's almost impossible to reach him by phone and took multiple emails and calls to even get any service in the first place. I have never in over two decades in this business dealt with such an irresponsible company as this. Don't get drawn in by their low initial prices like we did. Hope for your sake, you go with a legitimate company like a *******.
