    On September 2,2022, I obtained the services of this business in order to shuttle my guests for my wedding on September 15. I received multiple complaints from my guests on the drivers urgency and willingness to remain on schedule. The driver was supposed to have dropped us off at one but did not return to the venue until after 12:50 to retrieve us. At the end of his shift he was to drop my husband and I off at the residence inn hotel but instead took us to the Hilton which is where our guests were staying causing him to go overtime. He did not follow the manifest provided to him. I called the company with my complaints and was told they did not want to deal with it so I would receive a refund. After not receiving a refund I consulted with my bank. I continuously made attempts to speak to a manager and left countless messages in order to resolve the issue over the past months with no response. After a third denial of my claims from my bank I requested documentation that the business provided. In the file given to me, I came across the overtime form with my signature forged by the company as evidence to their charges. I was shocked not only with the documentation but we had never discussed the exact price of overtime because I booked a 3 hour block. I have attached evidence what I sent to them (Document A) and what they sent to my bank (Document B) as well as correspondence that I could not see further documents they were sending me. I would like a refund of the charges as it was their drivers mistake and disregard for time management that resulted in the overtime but also I would like this company to explain this misrepresentation and forgery so that they do not do this to another customer.

    On September 15th, 2022 we did provide transportation services before and after her wedding.  Her contract was to end service at 1am.  My Driver and GPS both shows guest being dropped off at 1:30am and the bride and groom being dropped off at 1:45am.  We did try to charge her card for the overtime fee but only a partial charge went through.  We spoke a few times and I explained to her I had GPS showing their services went over what they paid for prior.  I have not spoken to her in a few months and the owner just received a letter in the mail demanding a refund.  We will gladly give her a refund of the partial overtime charge to put this matter to rest.  I cannot confirm or deny if the driver forged a signature or not as i was not there, but I can say it will never happen in the future as we have been using ******** and having the contract signed before pick up since the end of last year.
