    I received a Notice of Intent to Issue Lien dated 8/5/22 taped on my home's from door. It advised me to pay $999.06 within 30 days. Due to financial distress & the Labor Day Holiday on 9/5/22, I reached out via email on 9/6 to the signed legal aid Betsy ***** of Rosen Hoover Sykes Brown P.A. as the point of contact for the debt. I requested a payment plan & proposed an affordable amount of $150 for 6 months which only $400 plus $64 (interest/fees) is due to North Point Utility. ***** claimed that she would contact her client & relay my proposal. She responded that the client agreed that I can pay $150 for 6 months but advised ***** to file the lien on my property. Per *****'s request, I provide my response explaining that the co-borrower had not lived at my residence since October 2018, I'm facing foreclosure & financial difficulty with a reduced income since COVID. ***** allegedly relayed the message to the client & again responded that the client still wants to pursue the lien. Out of desperation, I informed ***** that I would use other bill money (car payment & insurance) to immediately satisfy the $464 owed to her client then setup a payment plan for her firm's legal fees. Green provided a vague & unclear response that the $464 would be applied to the balance. I replied that I did not understand her last email & requested clarification if the lien would still be filed on the property & did not receive any further response from Betsy *****. I have setup an arrangement & paid in full in the past. Green stated when the lien is filed in court that I will owe over $1300. This seems fraudulent & an attempt to take advantage of the consumer for legal fees despite the debt being offered in full plus the client's fees that they refused to waive. I have setup a payment plan with Betsy ***** in 2021, paid timely as agreed & in full.

So I'm unsure why the response was to remove ******** & direct correspondence to Legal Asst. Betsy *****. Furthermore, this is associated with both Craftmens Developers so I'll proceed to file another complaint with the agent & address information listed which is the same as Craftmen Developers.

    Thank you for your quick call back! I have included the email for our attorney, Betsy *****, on this email as well. She has been corresponding with this homeowner. Just to clarify, our issue over multiple case numbers has been resolved. Case number XXXXXXX has been removed and added to the existing case number XXXXXXXX, which is referenced in the email received below. This case was actually opened under the wrong company, as it was addressed to Craftsmen Developers, but Annual assessments are due to North Point Utility Company, LLC. Regardless, our response to the additional information in the complaint is as follows:
