      The worst management company and so is our board to do business with as they are the management that handles our budget fees. They will not answer your email, questions, or call you back. They will not show us homeowners any accounts that pertain to the budget fees. For instance, we asked them to show us the invoices and/or receipts for certain items listed on the budgets, but you don't ever get an answer they beat around the bush. They put you off and make you seem like you have no clue what you're talking about.
      I do know that we pay you monthly fees and some items are NOT done on the budget that we pay the fees for. They have a million excuses why they don't provide the information. Ppl are starting to wake up as money is a huge issue esp during this inflation time!
      I repeat there are things listed on the budget that they do NOT even maintain anymore, but still collect the fees for them which is not good business.
      We've asked them soo many times to prove certain fees and they refuse. My opinon is if there isn't anything to hide them show your proof and prove you're in the right! I don't mind if I am in the wrong.
      Also why do you ask us to pay soo much more toward the amenities than any of the other homes that use the pool just like we do! Please explalin why this is happening!

      We have an meeting set up with this family on May 3rd.  We will answer all of their questions at that times as we have discussed with them many times over.
