    Digital protection is a company for alarm and security services. When I signed up for this security service, I gave them a primary phone number for file to be called first when alarm goes off, for ex. burglary, to verify the need for police help or not, before they dispatch the police. Unanswered calls will prompt dispatching police and if deemed false alarm, the **** will bill the company $50-$75 per false alarm visit. Our company have been using this company for more than 8 years and have been calling my number first for any alarm issue. And for 8 years, I have not met nor spoken to the owner of this company, *** ********. It has always been the staff or his field agents that I correspond with. On 11/ 3/24 at 12:17pm, and 11/6/24 at 8:00am, I received a text from Digital Protection stating that there was an alarm event at our clinic, at the same time my staff was calling me saying the police are on site. I did not received any call from digital protection to verify first. On 11/6/24, after learning that the police was dispatched again, I immediately called digital protection office at 8:11am to ask why I was not called first. I also mentioned about the bill that I will receive from FARP false alarm when I was not made aware first, and that they should handle the bill. They said I was called, but TMobile record and my phone don't agree. Maybe a glitch in their system but would not admit. On 11/7/24, the owner, *** ******** called me and as soon as I answered the phone, this was his words to me with yelling/screaming tone, " you're a s***** person, you're a f****** shit" "you don't treat my employees like that", you're shit" and "fuck you", I'm giving you 30 days to look for a different company, f****** shit". and hang up the phone. He didn't asked or verify anything first. I don't know what his employee conveyed to him. I don't even know this person nor he knows anything about me. It was a very unprofessional, unexcusable behavior for a so called company owner.

    **** has been our customer for many years now.  She is rude to my staff and talks down to us like we are the help.  I should have canceled her years ago. She doesn't deserve us!!! Hopefully she treats her customers and employees better than she does us, but i  doubt it. Rude is rude!

    I'm not payiing her $150, and I'm definitely  not apologizing.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    1. Their system has a glitch and I have a proof that I was never called  before dispatching the police. I will forward all the documents to FARP as well to let them know that Digital Protection system  is faulty and has a problem in notifying their clients first before dispatching police. He has to pay the bill and I will inform FARP.

    2. Him not apologizing was totally expected from a very unprofessional and foul mouthed human being. I don't deserve to be yelled and cursed from a person who doesn't know any inch about me nor any other person deserve to hear all his cursing and hostile behavior over the phone whatever maybe the case. It makes me wonder as to why you cannot find any reviews for his company that has been in business for so many years. I would ask him to make sure his company is functioning well and is in compliance with every regulations so his customers or clients do not complain to him or to his  employees who probably cannot handle complaints professionally. I would challenge him and really like to hear all the phone recordings of my calls to his office to verify if I was really rude or have mentioned any inappropriate words to his employees. That would be great to check and listen to. But then again, it's a waste of time and energy to deal with this kind of person I guess. At least I have informed BBB about this company and the owner . I wish his company all the best. May God Bless him.
