      In the past, I have been a huge fan of this location. My most recent experience has unfortunately been a nightmare. Back on March 5th, I returned my tags to this office. Paid the return tag fee (which is showing on my credit card statement) and everything. I still have not received conformation from the MVA that they received the tags so I called and they confirmed that they have not received them then instructed me to call
      Maryland Speedy Tag & Title to see what could have happened. So I did just that. I spoke with a lady named Zeus? She claims I would have been given a receipt, which I was not provided with. When I explained that I was not given one, she did everything just shy of out right calling me a liar. Her customer service was AWFUL. I explained that I even had the charge on my credit card. She didn't care. I will never go back to this location or recommend them because this is now going to turn into an MVA nightmare because the staff at this location dropped the ball. The lack of good customer service makes the situation even worse. Then when I asked for a manager, the representative hesitated to give me a name after informing me that there was not a manager on duty. The last thing I need is a flag on my registration because of this.
