    Worst customer service Ive ever experienced! The Fish Manager Kevin needs to be FIRED! Other employees pointed him to another customer and I as if he was the "Fish God." Well the fish god wanted to go on break and didnt feel like being bothered imagine that! He said he was bombarded by our questions (the people who are the reason he has a JOB!)
    He then told me if you have any concerns about the fish you're looking at simply DONT BUY them. (We were both customers of color, and he didnt treat the previous customers a few hues lighter this way.)
    I proceeded to tell him he was VERY RUDE....and I asked for one of the owners. Well that turned out to be a BIG waste of time.... I explained I came from out of town an hour and some change to visit this store! He turn to me and said.."yes that was rude of him, just ask another employee. " No resolution, No I will be speaking with him....no remorse etc etc....
    Well folks I WILL NEVER spend my money here again. One of the other employees was ashamed and even said all you have is money to spend right? As he shook his head... This business needs to PACK IT UP if this is how they want to continue to operate, they seem old run down and TIRED of valuing people & their money!
    The customer DOES NOT MATTER HERE! I wont even go into the underline racial vibes we got from "good ole" KEVIN! You sir should just STAY HOME if you dont understand what customer service is! Maryland is FULL of Tropical fish stores....I will Choose another one ESPECIALLY if you have to travel to come here! Good riddance to this place!
