    Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience with XS-Apparel/ ****** ***** ** 
    I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with XS-Apparel and Durant ***** ** regarding a team uniform order. The delivery timeline did not align with the contract terms, causing significant frustration for the 23 parents involved. These families worked hard to support their children's extracurricular activities, yet they were met with a complete lack of professionalism and respect.
    After filing a consumer dispute, I received a chargeback for the full amount and refunded all the parents. The uniforms were delivered late, unprofessionally packaged in a Home Depot box with handwritten details and no return address. This negligence was especially concerning given the company's affiliation with our children's football organization.
    The dismissive and condescending communication from Mr. ***** only worsened the situation. I am actively writing a report to the Maryland Attorney General. I strongly discourage anyone from working with this company. Their inability to fulfill orders in a timely manner, coupled with poor communication and discourtesy, reflects an alarming lack of professionalism.
    I am currently seeking a return address to send the unusable uniforms back and will be filing a small claims case to recover the shipping cost and the time spent resolving this issue. This entire experience has been an unfortunate waste of time for the parents and players involved.
    As an Old Mill Youth Association Board Member, Businessman, Community member, and coach, Mr. Durant ***** *** *** of XS-Apparel, should be ashamed of these poor business practices. His actions raise serious concerns about how his affiliation with a youth sports organization is perceived within our community.

    We would like to clarify that, according to our records, the delivery of the team uniforms was completed within the agreed 3-5 week timeframe with an extension of 7 weeks during peak season. Order was finalized on September 5 and delivered October 10th. However, we understand that packaging and other aspects of the experience may not have aligned with your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration this may have caused.
    Communication is key to us, and we are committed to treating all our customers with the utmost professionalism and respect. We regret that our communication may have been perceived otherwise, and we will use this feedback to improve our processes.
