    On 10/6/2023 a 75 ft. fence (6' tall) was installed in my backyard. Before installation I specifically showed Mr. ******* a picture of the dogeared fence, as I expected it to be. The fence, (see pictures) looks nothing like I wanted. 1.) Instead of 3 horizontal boards in the back to secure the fence there is 2. 2.)The top of the fence is not even. (He stated because the land was uneven). 3.)Nails were used instead of screws. Some panel boards only fastened at top. 3.) Fence is now leaning forward. 4.) Some fence panels are split. I was told there is a 2 yr craftsmanship warranty on the fence meaning they "will cover defects from install". I sent him a text 10/26/23 regarding my concerns with the fence. No reply. 3/2/24 sent text regarding fence leaning forward after only 4 months since install. Called and left a ***. No reply. 3/4/2024 10:58 am regarding fence leaning and if I did not hear from him within 1 week I would report him. He also posted pictures of my backyard on FB which I do not appreciate. This is an invasion of my privacy. I was not asked permission 1st. He has since removed the pictures he posted since I have been calling him. He built a small deck for my neighbor and did a great job. I think he found an opportunity to make some extra money by cutting corners and take advantage of a retired elderly woman by doing a shoddy job. This is not right. I would like a partial refund of $1000. I will have to hire another contractor now to fix this if he is not willing to fix it as I want it. He should have never taken the job if he could not have built the fence as is shown in the picture.
