      Horrible customer service especially over the phone. No communication about things sent in the mail and the way to pay your bill is absolutely ridiculous.

      I am being required to pay for something which was not in my original loan payment paperwork. It was a mistake by the employee. When i tried to payoff early. i was told oh you owe more than this. When I disputed with my paperwork. i was told they were supposed to add this in to your monthly payments or extend your loan terms an extra 6 months. This should have happened 4 and a half years ago.

      I have written several emails to the the email address provided on their website for the President/CEO and the Board of Directors and no one has responded to me for weeks. This company does not respond to its clients unless its to get your business of which they were more than happy to do that, But now I cannot get anybody to even call me.
      BAD Business and would not recommend them to anyone.
