      I subscribed for a full year (4 magazines). My subscription this year started on Aug 1 2023.

      I have not received the latest issue I should have (spring issue) but have received the fall and winter issues.

      I tried reaching out to them via email and via ********, but was ignored.

      I would like them to either send me the spring issue ASAP and ensure my summer issue gets here, or issue a refund for the remaining 2 issues.

      I have cancelled my subscription and will not be reneweing.

      We responded to both of the customer's messages via email as well as on ********, and then finally called her on June 4, 2024 as she did not appear to be receiving our responses. On June 5, 2024, we re-sent her spring issue that she did not receive and that was originally mailed to her in late February 2024.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      BBB only gives me 5 calendar days to respond, so unfortunately I can’t accept this as solved as I do not yet have the missing magazine.

      I can confirm that they were able to get a hold of me, and for some reason I didn’t receive the emails they claim to have sent.

      They indicated they would ship the magazine out on Friday (June 7) and that I should expect to receive it within a couple of weeks and the summer issue before that. I have not received the summer issue and am not sure when it was mailed.

      Hi - I don’t understand how this is considered as addressed by the business when I still have not received the issue in question. In other words, I have paid for an item I haven’t received.

      When I last spoke to them they indicated they’re having problems with their shipping service and will send it via **** with tracking. This was last week and I have not been provided with a tracking #.

      I will try again to get a hold of them and hopefully they will provide me with the #.

      My only other recourse if BBB will not assist is to make a complaint with my credit card company. But, they may only be able to refund the entire year’s subscription rather than the cost of an individual issue.

      We have now re-shipped the magazine twice. We first re-shipped it on June 5th; it can take several weeks to arrive to Canada via *** shipping. We also re-shipped it on June 26 via ****; the tracking number is *************.
