      I had purchased 2 fixtures …. Was told I could pick them up on the 5/29 …. I went to p check on 5/26 ….. store empty n gone …
      The store clerk on duty …. Attached a copy of my receipts to the two fixtures…. The store is gone now

      It was almost closing time when my friend returned & they were rushing to leave. I got NO RECEIPT! Im having tire problems & returned Monday, 2/6/2023 around 4:30-4:45pm. The BLACK jeans did not fit, the PUMA top was EXTREMELY ugly on & the pink ADIDAS cropped hoodie was EXTREMELY small. I was not allowed to try anything on bc they were about to close on Friday evening, the 3rd. The SAME lady swears she gave me a receipt BUT SHE DID NOT! She said the tags weren't there either but as you see above, I LISTED EVERY DAMN THING WRITTEN ON EACH TAG! I NEVER, EVER have this problem at SHOE CITY IN LAUREL, MD.       I investigated this complaint, and found that store management follow, correct procedures. The original female customer who purchased some items. Later sent a Gentleman to get a refund on three of the original items. The items did not have original tags nor A receipt. Our company policy is to get a refund. You must have a receipt and the original tags on the product. That policy is also on our receipts. This policy was pointed out to the gentleman which was posted at the register.
