  They were Communicative and prompt about timing and services. The tech was quick and honest about changes needed and gave us a quote on the spot. I’d recommend them and would gladly work with them again.

  I’m so thankful for the quick response this company had. I arrived to my office and heard water in the basement only to find that my hot water heater (made in 1973) was leaking. Larry and Sons was there within the hour and able to fix this by the next morning. Shannon helped me shut off the water as the spout was corroded and difficult to turn. The team was concerned about the safety of the space I am renting from a. Code perspective and able to provide information for my owners on how to keep the building safe. I am very appreciative of their services.

  We have a contract with Larry And Sons to have our AC and heating units serviced. They are always willing to change the date or time to accommodate our schedule The technician today was Shane H******** and as always, he was prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly, even to the dog??

  We had issues with our soft water system clogging up, causing the water to taste extra salty and low water pressure. **** came out right away and did an amazing job clearing it all up and even replacing a filter to our old water filter system. He was very polite and professional, and did a great job!

  We signed up for Larry and Son's $20/month service after receiving a $1100 quote to fix a hose bib. The $20/month service was pitched as a maintenance plan for our HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and something else. We went along with it as it gave us a discount on services that day. Since then, we had to call for a drain issue in our upstairs shower. We had a tech come out, and he charged us $200 to fix. The issue being, for several weeks after that, it continued to fill the shower pan- randomly. I called back and the rep said it would be a no charge revisit to make sure nothing is still happening. When the tech got here, he looked it over and said there was nothing he could outright see to cause it, and it would be another $200 to fix. I told him I wasn't interested in repaying $200 for something I paid for three weeks ago. He also was going to charge me $90 for the visit today, and when I told him that the office said it was covered, he said it's not a callback and that I would have to pay. I told him please have your office call me, which they never did, but ended up not charging me today (through the tech) and put a flag on my account that services have to be pre-paid- as if I had done something wrong? The service plan also doesn't include them servicing anything. Their tech came out and gave us a quote for the different systems (he looked over HVAC) for over $3k.
  Let me also clarify- the tech's are great, their automations to let you know people are coming is great, but their service to customers is sub par and their fees are astronomical. Would not recommend simply for that.

  Larry & Sons added a battery backup systems to our sump pump. Their set up gave us peace of mind knowing our finished basement work is protected. They were professional and explain everything they were doing and how it all works and cleaned up after they were done.

  My wife and I decided to go with Larry and Sons to install water lines and three electrical runs to power our unfinished basement. I was at work when most of the installs happened and only found out after that the electrician wanted to save us some money, so they only did two runs(They did take off the price of the 3rd run). However, I had asked for three because we were setting up a kitchenette downstairs with a wet bar and did not want to have our roommate constantly popping a breaker. The electrical technician had to return later and install another run after the drywall was up and painted. I also found out later that the price I was charged for the water lines and discharge lines was 40 times the price they were when purchased from a retail store. We also asked them to get a permit for the water and electrical since they are the ones with the licensed professionals. The water lines and upflow pump have made finishing their portion a travesty with zero initiative to get it done and only constant prodding from my wife and I to get it done when we paid for them to handle it. They are only getting two stars because even after the overpriced and underwhelming work quality, I believe I could have communicated better to resolve some of these issues. If you still decide to go with them. Make sure you 1. Double-check the price for parts with the retail price 2. Ensure you get precisely what you want and ensure they understand that 3. Do not let them handle the permits. It will drag out the process and slow down your build.
