      Hello my name is ***** ******, *** I am a disabled retired Firefighter/Paramedic and Chaplain with thirty-one plus years of service. I have been a Pastor, Missionary to other countries and I am father of six children and grandfather to nine grandkids.
      While just starting on our vacation from Georgia, my girlfriend and I had an accident on July 21, 2022 in Martinsburg, WV with our 5th wheel RV. After calling serval RV repair shops and being stressed out, I went online and found AARV Repairs in Hagerstown, Maryland. I am not sure why Roger took advantage of us while we were stressed, hurting and needing great help with our damaged RV. I wish we would have read the reviews first because Roger is living up to all of the negative comments made on AARV Repairs or AARV Rentals reviews. My girlfriend and I called Roger on August 13, 2022 approximately at 11:30am. We told him we did not want him working on the RV and the insurance company agreed with us to terminate him as our repair shop because our RV has been in his front yard for over three weeks and he has not even started on it. Roger got very hostel over the phone and stated he was not giving us our $1000 cash deductible back and he was not going to release our RV to us plus he could not give us a reason for not returning our cash and property. He has treated myself and my girlfriend with disrespect, dishonest, deceit, crafty cunning, lying and deception. Roger has taken our $1000 cash deductible, the insurance money and our motorcycle along with our personal living items inside our RV. He barricaded our RV in his front yard and has taken off one of the front wheels so it can not be moved out of his yard. Our insurance company had placed an order for our RV to be picked up from Roger's yard and to be transported to licensed repair shop however the transport company could not gain access because our RV was barricaded where it could not be moved. As of today he still has our Rv, personal belongings and motorcycle
