    I booked with Melody ***** in November of 2022 for my November 11, 2023 wedding. Mel offered a package of services (bartending, decor, DJ/photobooth, and florals) and we decided to book after speaking with her and discussing *****. We paid half of our balance per the contract ($1,124) via check the day we spoke with her. The remaining $1,124 was due 2 weeks prior to the event. I had many discussions with Melody during the next few months with decor, flowers, and adult beverages. All of which we were told that she could do. About 1.5 months before the wedding I had a video chat with her to make sure we were on the same page and discuss everything I wanted. She made notes, promised she could do the services asked for. Our guest count had gone up about 30ish people from our original count, she stated that because we had more people she had to tack on more for the bartending due to more alcohol needed, it ended up being $143.75 added to the remaining balance. I also discussed her bringing a cheese fountain which she promised at $40 more dollars. 1 month out she met with me at the venue to help plan with the venue and us, the remainder of the balance was $1,307.75, we didn’t have cash for $7.75 and I asked her if I could electronically send it she told me not to worry about it. So we paid $1300. The week of the wedding she sent a fake RAMP certificate to the venue after needing to hound her, she sent me pictures of my flowers at 11pm the night before the wedding. The day of the wedding my flowers looked nothing like I asked for as well as missing a corsage, toss bouquet, wrong boutonnières, we ran out of alcohol, ran out of cups, she didn’t bring out cheese fountain, didn’t stay to help set up and clean up like promised, things weren’t relayed to the DJ, etc. . After the wedding our aunt contacted her for us for a refund regarding services not appropriately done and to get our photo drive that hasn’t been sent. I’ve also contacted her and now it’s not being handled.

    I utilized this company for my wedding and it has been 3 months since my wedding and the owners have not fully rendered services. As part of my contract with the photobooth I am supposed to get the digital copies from the photo booth. She has said 4 times she would mail them and provide me a tracking number and I have yet to receive them. I have now texted her twice with no response. Because of the length of time that I’ve paid, I can not dispute it with my bank and I honestly do not want a refund. I want to items I paid for.

    This was our wedding floral, dj, decorator and Photo Booth provider. She did not provide what she stated she would provide( wrong color flowers and flowers incorrect, arbor not set up as agreed upon, Photo Booth did not work, was not set up by time of wedding, forgot multiple decorations, extremely unprofessional, forgot guest book for guest to sign, Photo Booth would not print photos, glasses provided were dirty, guest could not hear officiant during wedding from speakers, ) and will not give us proofs from Photo Booth. Am supposed to receive acrylic preservation, photo proofs, and money back for services not provided. States she will send every few days but never does. Wedding was September 30, 2022. Have multiple witness and copies of all correspondence. I can also provide proof that colors of flowers and props were incorrect if needed

    good morning,

    it Was a verbal communication about the refund. There was multiple issues at the wedding from the wrong flowers, wrong center pieces, not set up in time for wedding, dirty glasses, arbor incorrectly decorated, unable for guest to hear ceremony, Photo Booth wouldnt print photos, forgot multiple decorations including guest book and did not notify us that she forgot so we could find something else. 

    I have not received the acrylic  flower bouquet or the digital copies from Photo Booth as she did not bring the guest book and the Photo Booth would not print. Please let me know if you need any other information or questions. Thanks
