      In February of 2020 I purchased a house contingent on having a well drilled on a property that previously ran on a *******. I was supposed to settle mid December of 2019 but due to drilling issues I did not settle until February 25th 2020. After about 1 year and 10 months I turned the faucet on at the kitchen sink and no water came out. After having a plumber check everything and it led to the pump being the issue or no water being above the pump. So, we replaced the pump and still had issues of having no water. I got in touch with the owner of H&H and he was somewhat helpful at first but hard to get in contact with. He did come out to try and pour water down my well to see if it was clogged with sediment. That worked for about 2 weeks. I then made phone call after phone call to get in touch with *** **** (the owner). After texting him and calling him, (I have NO WATER during all of this) he got back to me maybe a week later (after calling his office with a frustrating tone) he finally spoke to me. He stated over a phone call that he would have to get one of his rigs over here to dig deeper I'm assuming. Its been at least 6 months and I haven't received one phone call. I have text him and called him about this several times and have heard nothing. I have had to pay a water company to come pour water down my well every month, sometimes every 2 weeks. I have had to pay a plumber to come out multiple times to repair well line, pull pump, and replace 2 well pumps in 3 years. I can't live a normal life without stressing about running out of water CONSTANTLY. This well was fully paid by the previous owner and this company should correct their mistake. I do not believe I need to pay for a new well to be drilled. I want this to be repaired in the fullest compacity.
