    Landmark Fence took our deposit. No materials provided, no work performed, no communication regarding status. Four months have passed since contract signed. Told by owner, in writing, that we would receive a refund of deposit. Nothing has been received. Would rate zero stars. Like another reviewer from 6/18/2024, they took our deposit and performed no work, provided no materials, and offered no communication.

    I do NOT recommend this company. They use poor quality materials such as green wood instead of exterior grade pressure treated wood, which starts to shrink within days. A solid fence soon becomes a fence with 1 gaps between the boards. Latches do not line up due to excessive shrinking of wood and poor installation. They ignore all of my attempts of contact to get resolution.

    Initially contracted, but then cancelled within the terms of the contract. Landmark acknowledged the cancellation, but will not return my initial deposit of almost $2,000. Would never recommend and will probably have to take the to court.

    Landmark fencing is the absolute worst workmanship and fencing material I have ever seen. I contacted them to do a pasture fence 60 inch high and approximately a quarter mile around my pasture. Once completed I was astounded at the product I received for 17,000 dollars. An absolute rip off. It's unconscionable that a contractor would provide such a product. They shouldn't be licensed to do business anywhere. But don't take my word for it. I would willingly invite anyone to come here and see the absolute disaster that they put around my pasture.
