    I ordered my 8 yr old daughter a mini sweet love platter-$34.99 and a Edible pop dipped pineapple heart-$3.99. $40.27 total. On February 14th to be delivered on February 15th to my daughter's house at *** ******** *** ******* ****** ** ***** and when I got the Email saying it was delivered I called my daughter's mother to make sure it was delivered because I didn't get a text with a picture showing that it was delivered and when I called she said it was never delivered so I called them for two days and no answer. So I finally get a hold of them over the phone on Friday February 17th 2023 and the employee told me she was sorry and she was going to upgrade my order and throw in a foil balloon and have it delivered on Friday the 17th of February. So I called my daughter's mother and tell her to keep a eye out for her gift so I get another email at 2:17pm saying it was delivered and it wasn't delivered once again. This is the second time they supposedly delivered my order to my daughter's house and they even had the front door opened all day yesterday so they would see if anyone pulled in the driveway and nobody showed up to deliver anything so I called them around 3pm and the employee in the background was yelling and screaming calling me a liar.so they said they would call me back after they talked to the driver which they never called me back so I called back this morning on Saturday February 18th at 10am and the employee told me that the driver said he delivered the order but it never showed up and they were assuming that we are lying about not receiving it which we wouldn't do I just want my 8 yr old daughter to get the valentines gift that ordered for her. So I was told that I have to wait for 2 weeks until the manager comes back from New Mexico to talk to him. This is unacceptable and not professional at all. I had to buy my daughter another gift at another store because they never delivered her gift that I paid for. I want a full refund.
